Course Strategy

HOLE 1

PAR 4 / HDCP 9

  • 363m
  • 342m
  • 313m
  • 269m
WILD COURSE HOLE1

Please enjoy the tee shot at ease with no pressure of the starting hole as it is a level hole bending to the left and the fairway is wide. It is desirable to target the center of the fairway for it will be difficult to see the entire green if you fall in a bunker by aiming to the left with force.

HOLE 2

PAR 5 / HDCP 5

  • 515m
  • 475m
  • 444m
  • 411m
WILD COURSE HOLE2

The difference of elevation between the tee and green is 10m and it is better to target the center of the fairway with the tee shot. The power hitter can get on in two but it is advised to lay up to the left while paying attention to the silver grass grove on the right of the green since the green is not visible from the IP point.

HOLE 3

PAR 4 / HDCP 2

  • 398m
  • 378m
  • 341m
  • 304m
WILD COURSE HOLE3

The difference of elevation between the tee and green is 17m and it is a hole requiring different strategies for each teeing ground with excellent shot values.

HOLE 4

PAR 3 / HDCP 6

  • 164m
  • 145m
  • 125m
  • 108m
WILD COURSE HOLE4

Though a wide pond adds pressure, there is no difficulty to get on the green when hitting the tee shot calmly for the green is wide. The key to getting on the green is going longer than thought in case of a head wind.

HOLE 5

PAR 4 / HDCP 7

  • 340m
  • 316m
  • 292m
  • 268m
WILD COURSE HOLE5

It is a right dog leg hole and a power hitter is better to target the right side of the fairway and a precise approach is required as the water hazard twists around the green.

HOLE 6

PAR 4 / HDCP 3

  • 363m
  • 342m
  • 316m
  • 296m
WILD COURSE HOLE6

The right side of the fairway toward the trees is better for the tee shot and though the green is uphill, the sense of distance is important in terms of approach as there is no space behind the green.

HOLE 7

PAR 3 / HDCP 8

  • 156m
  • 142m
  • 128m
  • 105m
WILD COURSE HOLE7

It is necessary to pay attention to the four bunkers in front of the green and the direction should be set considering that there is no space on the right when missing the green.

HOLE 8

PAR 5 / HDCP 1

  • 513m
  • 491m
  • 464m
  • 405m
WILD COURSE HOLE8

It is a par 5 hole with the 13m difference of elevation between the tee and green and a superb long shot can be attempted for the fairway is wide. It is handicap hole number 1 that requires carful attention in selecting a club for the second and third shot because there is a wide lake crossing the fairway.

HOLE 9

PAR 4 / HDCP 4

  • 382m
  • 349m
  • 319m
  • 289m
WILD COURSE HOLE9

It is the finishing hole of the wild course showing off the representative view of the grand and beautiful ridges of Mt. Halla. It is advised to target the hole from the left as the right is dangerous.
